After you have done some scouting, you'll have a lot of cards in your inventory. You can only hold so many at one time, so you may want to know how to manage your cards. You may want to know which cards you want to keep and which you should get rid of. You may want to know which cards you want to level up and which ones you don't. This page will answer all those questions.
Members Menu
When you hit the "members" tab at the bottom of the screen, this is the screen it takes you to. There are six options to chose: "team formation", "practice", "special practice", "remove member", "member list", and "school idol skills". Each option will be detailed below.
Team Formation
This is where the player can create and edit their teams. For a more in-depth guide on how to build the best teams you possibly can, view the team building page here.
Practice
Practicing is one of the main elements of this game. This is how you're able to level up your cards to make them stronger. When you hit the "practice" button on the main "members" menu, you'll be greeted to a list of members. You can use the arrow buttons to look throughout your cards.
When you find the card you want to make stronger, tap the face of the card you want to make stronger. Once you do so, you'll be taken to the screen below.
Now, you'll want to tap one of the circles you see on the right side of the screen. Once you do that, you'll be taken to the next screen.
Now you have to select which cards you want to sacrifice in order to make the card you selected stronger. You can select up to 12 at once. You can also select using your support members by hitting the "support members" tab. You can go back to the main cards again by hitting the "club members" tab. A majority of the cards I own are locked, which means they can't be practiced away, which keeps them off this screen, but the cards that aren't locked are still here. Make sure you don't select your good cards, because you're going to lose the cards you have selected. Once you've selected the cards you want to use to power up your card, hit the "practice" button at the bottom right, and you'll be taken to the final screen.
The screen above is the final screen. To the right you see the cards that are going to be sacrificed. To the left, you see how much the card is going to level up. You can hit the area to the right again to modify the cards being sacrificed, if you want. Once you're ready, you can hit the "practice" button. If at least one of the cards being sacrificed has a rarity of R or above, you'll be given a confirmation message. If you're sure you want to continue on with the practice, hit yes.
Congratulations, you have successfully practiced your card and made it stronger. You'll see a screen saying "success". Sometimes, instead of seeing just "success", you'll see "super success" or "ultra success". If you see them instead, the card will gain bonus experience.
Special Practice
Special practice is also a very important part of the game. This act is also known as "idolizing". Idolizing a card allows you to increase the maximum stats of an unidolized card. For example, the maximum level an unidolized SR card can reach is level 60. An idolized SR card can reach all the way up to level 80, making the card stronger than it's unidolized version. To idolize a card, you will need either two copies of the same card or a certain amount of stickers. The special practice menu will tell how many of what stickers you need to idolize a card without a second copy. If you idolize a card with a second copy, no stickers are needed.
Stickers can be obtained by practicing away certain rarities of cards. An R card gives you an N sticker, an SR card gives you an S sticker, an SSR card gives you an SS sticker, and a UR card gives you a U sticker.
Anyway, once you have one of those things, you'll be able to start the special practice. When you hit the special practice button, you'll be greeted with the screen below.

Once you hit the "special practice" button, you'll be shown all the cards you own that can be idolized. You're able to use the arrow buttons to look around at all the cards that can idolized. Tap on the face of the card you want to idolize and you'll be taken to the next screen.
Now you'll be asked to select your special practice partner. If you have a second copy of the card you'll want to select "select a member". If you want to use stickers to idolize a card, you'll want to select "select a sticker" (note: N cards can only be idolized with a second copy).
Here's how many stickers it'll cost to idolize each rarity of card:
R Card: 1 N sticker
SR Card: 1 S sticker, or 20 N stickers
SSR Card: 1 SS sticker, 5 S stickers, or 100 N stickers
UR Card: 1 U sticker, 5 SS stickers, 20 S stickers, or 500 N stickers.
If you go to select a member, the list view will come up again and you'll then want to select the second copy of the card. If you go to select a sticker, you'll be given options for what stickers you want to use to idolize the card. Once you have selected your way of idolization, hit the "special practice" button.
Once you idolize the card, the outfit of the girl in the card will change and the maximum stats it can have are increased.

I will also provide a video below that contains some idolizations of some SR cards in it. The video old does idolizations using a second copy of the card and not any sticker idolizations though.
Remove Member
This section of the game will let you just have cards be removed in exchange for some gold. Many players advise to not really do this as gold is already very easy to obtain without this. It is generally recommend that you use your weaker cards as cards your good cards can use to do practice instead.
Member List
This section of the "members" menu lets you simply look at all the cards you have. Hitting the "member list" button will take you to the screen below.
This screen looks very similar to the screen you get when you want to do practice with a member. The arrow buttons allow to the look at all your cards, just like the "practice" and "special practice" screens. You can also hit that "level" button towards the top right of the screen to be able to change how the cards are sorted and to filter out certain cards. Touching the face of a card though, will take you to the next screen.
Here, you are able to see all the statistics of the card you selected. To the left, you'll see the art of the card. To the right, you'll see all the cards statistics. You're able to see what level it's at; how much bond it has; how much stamina the card would add to your stamina bar in live shows (I dictated with the pill shaped area with the heart and the number); how many smile, pure, and cool points it has; the skill it has; what level the skill is at; and it's leader skill.
If the card you're looking at is idolized, pressing the "idolized" button will switch the card art to the unidolized card art. Pressing the "standard" button will get it back to the idolized art again. Using the locked/unlocked button will allow you to lock or unlock the card. Locking the card prevents you from accidentally practicing ot away or removing it. The "partner up" button will allow that card to be the girl that shows up on your home screen. The "remove member" button will remove the card, but if the card is locked, that button will then be grayed out and not be able to be pressed.
You may also notice the circles between the stamina/smile/pure/cool boxes and the skill name. These are for school idol skills. School idols skills can occasionally be obtained by completing live shows. Rarer cards will have more slots for school idol skills than more common ones. Idolized cards are will also have more slots. Different school idol skills will have different effects and take different amounts of slots. More powerful school idol skills will take more slots. If a circle is black, that means the slot can be filled in with a school idol skill. If a circle is gray, that means you'll need to unlock that slot. You can idolize cards multiple times to unlock more slots. If you're idolizing a card for the first time, idolizing with a second copy of the card will add one slot. If you're idolize a card for the first time and you use stickers, you won't gain a slot. If you idolize the card after the first time using another copy of the card, you'll gain two slots. If you idolize the card after the first time using stickers, you'll gain one slot. After you've unlocked all the school idol skills slot on a card, you won't be able to idolize the card anymore. To put a school idol skill into any available slots, press the black spot and select the school idol skill you want to use. To remove a school idol skill from a card, hit the slot filled with the school idol skill and then press the "remove" button. All full list of every school idol skill in the game can be found here.

School Idol Skills
Pressing this button will show you all the school idol skills you own and allows you to manage them. After you hit this button, you'll be taken to the screen below.
Selecting any of the skills on this skill will show you what that skill does at the bottom of the screen. While a skill is selected, you can press the "details" button to see which members have that school idol skill on them. Pressing the "sell" button will allow you to sell some of those school idol skills for gold.
